ASM 2: Pacific NW
Working in Oil and CW, acrylic, ink, and mixed media with sizes ranging from 12 x 12" to 36 x 60". This series has been all about the PNW. My love of industry, human form, animals, and sea life. We live 5 minutes from The Puget Sound, and have a 7 acre pond behind us. I work on a historic vessel and do music. All of this informs my work. It all comes from my feeling about each thing rather than looking at something and painting it.
Metal in the boat yard, and looking overboard to see a seal pup teasing me, makes me happy.
