Membership General Guidelines and Permission form 

• As an ArtandSuccess PRO member, you will have access to all video content as soon as you SUBSCRIBE. For example, if you subscribe on the 4th of the month, you will be billed on the 4th of the next month, and so on. For each month your membership dues are active and in good standing you will have access to the entire contents of the PRO membership. If you decide to cancel your membership as a PRO Member, you permanently lose access to the private PRO Membership contents and access to our private Facebook group. If you return to the PRO membership at a later date, your cost per month will be at the current, higher rate and admission to our PRO membership is now BY APPLICATION ONLY.
• Each paid month is non-refundable, however you may cancel your subscription at any time online within the website member portal. As mentioned above, if you cancel as a PRO member, you lose your PRO member status and LIFETIME price you originally purchased this membership for. Once you cancel, you lose all access to PRO contents and you no longer can purchase again at this same LIFETIME rate IF current membership rate is higher. You can of course re-enroll at any time in the future.
• Access to the ArtandSuccess PRO membership includes access to our private PRO Facebook group and regularly scheduled LIVE monthly calls, Monthly new PRO content,  the entire WLG Library and all other forms of content provided to you.
• As a paid PRO member, you have 24/7 access to all PRO content. Videos cannot be downloaded or copied in any way. Legal action may be taken if anyone is found violating these terms as this is copyrighted material created by Pamela Caughey and ArtandSuccess.com. All PRO content and WLG Library content can only be viewed when logged into the website.
• Your PRO membership and log in information must NOT be shared with any non-PRO member. If a member is found to be sharing their membership with another non-paying member, they will immediately lose all PRO membership privileges with no refunds or ability to join at a future time.
• As a subscriber to the ArtandSuccess PRO membership you are agreeing to allow Pamela Caughey to share excerpts of video content generated in this membership group at her discretion to help her continue to provide additional awareness of the PRO membership, her instruction and or to develop future courses from selected video content. 
• You are also giving Pamela Caughey permission to add selected video content that may result from any interaction with PRO members to social platforms (FB, YouTube, etc.) at her discretion to increase further awareness of her education and training website www.ARTandSUCCESS.com, (and/or to the WATCH-LEARN-GROW Library).
• The ArtandSuccess PRO membership INCLUDES access to the WLG Library as long as PRO subscription is active and in good standing.
• Special 15% off coupon can be used on ANY ArtandSuccess Courses (but it cannot be used on any memberships).

WATCH-LEARN-GROW – Video Library

• Your ArtandSuccess PRO membership INCLUDES 24/7 access to the entire WATCH-LEARN-GROW Library of videos for as long as your PRO membership dues are current and in good standing. You will have access to all video content each month your PRO membership dues are active and in good standing. Once PRO dues are paid, you will have access to the WLG library and all content included in PRO from, for example, the DAY you purchased your membership (for example, Dec 4) to the same day of the next month (in this same example, Jan 4).
• If you choose to cancel your PRO membership, you will no longer have access to any PRO or WLG Library content but you may still enroll in just the WLG Library for the current advertised price since the WLG Library is also available as a "stand alone" membership.
• As a subscriber to the ArtandSuccess PRO membership, which includes the WATCH-LEARN-GROW Video Library, you are agreeing to allow Pamela Caughey to share excerpts of video content generated in this membership group at her discretion to help her continue to provide additional awareness of her instruction and or to develop new future courses from selected video content. 
• You are also giving Pamela Caughey permission to add selected video content that may result from any interaction with ArtandSuccess PRO subscribers to social platforms (FB, YouTube, etc.) at her discretion to further awareness of her education and training website, products and courses included in ART and SUCCESS.

By subscribing to the ArtandSuccess PRO Membership, it is understood you agree to these terms of this agreement stated above.
